This by-way or roadway to the Catarman central terminal building is an eyesore and a pain when traversed. This rough, unpaved road felt like Mt. Pinatubo when it exploded because dust scatter whenever you pass it especially if it is not raining. And don't get me started about the potholes too...
What are the local or provincial officials doing about it? God knows what, it has been there for ages.
