Pambujan figured on national news (and even international, since it's being shown worldwide too) and the culprit is the outbreak of dengue fever in the town.
This, after only a few weeks into the administration of the newly elected officials of the town.

And contrary to the DOH's policy of not encouraging the use of fumigation, that was the only action that was taken by reportedly the regional office. As i remember it right, the DOH encourages a community to clean it's sorroundings and not rely on fogging operations as it does not kill the dengue-carrying mosquitos but only shooes it away.
